^Z and fg stalls lazygit

Describe the bug

Putting lazygit into the background with ^Z, and bringing it back with fg leads to a stalled lazygit that has to be killed with pkill lazygit

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. launch lazygit
2. Press CTRL + Z in a bash shell
3. type fg to bring it back into the foreground
4. See that lazygit's UI does not reappear

Expected behavior

Lazygit's UI would reappear and I could continue uzing the program

Tried this, works on my machine without issue (CachyOS, fish, Ghostty), can't reproduce

@uberrice I found that I could reproduce this by doing it a few times in xterm. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it stalls as described. In kitty it happens every time, whereas in xterm it only happens after bg + fg a few times.
