^Z and fg stalls lazygit #5309

Describe the bug

Putting lazygit into the background with ^Z, and bringing it back with fg leads to a stalled lazygit that has to be killed with pkill lazygit

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. launch lazygit
  2. Press CTRL + Z in a bash shell
  3. type fg to bring it back into the foreground
  4. See that lazygit's UI does not reappear

Expected behavior

Lazygit's UI would reappear and I could continue uzing the program
