This is NoteBlitz, NoteBlitz is a tool for quickly editing notes and managing projects
you can access NoteBlitz from anywhere by using a shortcut (default is Ctrl + Space)
Adjustable in the settings.
You can either drag and drop images into NoteBlitz or copy and paste them.
Just drag and drop a file or folder into NoteBlitz to pin it to the note.
