NAME:: ListFreeze -- Forbid graphical changes to a list. (V2.6)

FUNCTION:: Forbids graphical changes to a list, i.e. during a long running command.

INPUTS:: LIST/A - name of the list to be frozen. Currently these lists may be frozen: - MAILS - the main mail list
