@jglick artifact is no availble in central or in jenkinsc-ci repo, https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/org.netbeans.modules/org-netbeans-insane/RELEASE802

Sorry typo, not
See in which repos https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/org.netbeans.modules/org-netbeans-insane After dependency upgrade here to build it in isolated network additional repository is required.
What is the difference between all this repos in artifacts are at all? Why different versions are deployed into different repos?
