👎 as mentioned in other issues, this should be a base image that people can extend, it should not include extra plugins, for that you can easily create a new image or use slaves |

Also realised that Jenkins can install mvn by itself. Sorry for noise. |

Having maven installed is pretty essential for a lot of Jenkins users. I've updated the Dockerfile accordingly.
