The [latest version}(https://github.com/jenkinsci/remoting/releases/tag/remoting-3.34) of `remoting` contains changes which allow to connect to a headless Jenkins like Jenkinsfile Runner. We need this to run Jenkinsfile Runner on Kubernetes in combination with the Kubernetes plugin.

I would rather prefer to wait until jenkinsci/remoting#345 is merged and released. I have stepped down as a maintainer of this repo in Dec 2018. I can find some to do the release, but I would rather prefer doing for a version without known regressions |
