Improve the documentation of the message pickle-case-full-header or remove it

I can't find the message pickle-case-full-header anywhere in the code, outside the i18n/*.json files.

It looks like a message with not a lot of translatable content. If it's used, but it's purely technical and doesn't need to be translated, it should be defined as "ignored" in the translatewiki configuration. If it's useful to translate it to some languages, but not necessary to translate it to most languages, it should be defined as "optional". I can do it, but I need more info about how it's actually used.

Maybe it's not used at all, in which case it should be deleted from en.json.

Also, if it's used, it should be mentioned as a comment in the comment to make it greppable (see the convention in https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:System_message#Using_messages ).

... and the same questions about pickle-case-vivid-header, which appears to be even more generic.

These are constructed message keys, and used during rendering of reports. It was an attempt on generalizing construction of reports that would be built from the same data, ybut be suitable for different purposes.
