Getting error when running the Automator script or the app bundled

Getting

“AutomatorFCPXExtractor” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Bin.

when running the app in the folder

or when running the Automator action

Not sure if I missed something but I just downloaded the file and tried to run as expected, do I need to have anything else installed to run this app?
