V1_05: Updated for Security and V3

Many of the default encryptions were changed to sha512 and the certificate creation process updated for x.509 V3 (which many browsers now require)

Finds 64bit ssh-keygen and fixed crt->cer (x509 to DER) conversion utility

SHA256

Many browsers no loger allow the default OpenSSL SHA setting, needed to update it to SHA256
