This PR emits types/interfaces defined and used in the library. So, users are able to import types/interfaces from the library in their TypeScript project.
d.tsfiles are automatically generated when building the library todistfolder.index.ts, and it will be automatically generated until the inlineimportissue is fixed and shipped properly viayarnby @microsoft/api-extractor [api-extractor] import() types are not handled correctly in .d.ts rollups microsoft/rushstack#1050 (comment).
