This repo contains verification results from ParFlow-Alquimia tests
Results are located in .txt files in the individual test folders. All tests were run using the CrunchFlow geochemistry engine, except for isotherms_1d, which contains 'crunch' and 'pflotran' folders.
Original input scripts are located in the test folders (ParFlow, geochemical engine input and database). Also included is a TCL script to convert ParFlow's binary outputs to txt. Usage: "tclsh pfb_to_txt.tcl FileName_without_extension"
For example, to convert MyOutput.pfb, "tclsh pfb_to_txt.tcl MyOutput"
PF_GetXY.py contains a python helper function to read the .txt files of these simulations. This function is hardcoded for the domain used here. Definition: "GetXY_ParFlow_1D_100(FileName,path="",ignore=1)"
Usage:
GetXY_ParFlow_1D_100("filename.txt") if file is in same directory that script is running from
GetXY_ParFlow_1D_100("filename.txt","path/to/file_dir") if file is in different directory
GetXY_ParFlow_1D_100("filename.txt","path/to/file_dir",n) to skip n lines
