Release to Maven Central

It would be great if you could release jd-core to Maven central. This would simplify trying to create a CLI client. I've recently released a library to maven central. Check out my documentation about how to do it. My project is also a gradle project so you can use the build.gradle file as a reference.

@samrocketman Since the Gradle build is done, we can just setup Travis CI to deploy to Bintray. Should be pretty easy, no extra work necessary.

It's also possible to automate syncing with Maven by using the Bintray REST API in Travis CI.

Worth noting bintray is gone. Publishing to maven central is still relevant. Use GitHub actions instead of Travis CI. I wouldn’t recommend anything using Travis CI going forward.
