This repository contains notebooks for Dengue cases forecasting in Colombia. The workflow includes automated data download and preprocessing, a city-specific and countrywide exploratory data analysis including interactive visualizations, and a first approximation to predictive modelling of Dengue cases in Colombian cities.
Most dependencies can be downloaded using the env.yml file.
Other than that, you need to install Google Chrome and chromedriver. The following tutorial will guide you through the installation process. If you already have installed Chrome, skip to the Installing ChromeDriver step. The instructions related to x-server can be mostly ignored with the latest versions of WSL.
