Use zstd for compression #274
Description
zstd looks like it would produce archives which are roughly just under half the file size in my (limited) testing.
With some good options in dotnet for zstd on the horizon, it would be nice for complog to optionally use zstd for the complog format.

- NativeCompressions - could be used today
