Unable to properly upload and use samples, create voice.

When trying to upload a .m4a sample:

Clicking Transcribe I'm met with:

When trying to save the sample I'm met with:

I feel like I might have missed some obvious step somewhere, maybe? Otherwise let me know what I can offer for debugging.
I've downloaded both Qwen TTS 0.6B & Whisper Large

edit: I was able to get Transcribe to work and was able to save the sample by converting the file to .wav. However, I originally used m4a for it's accessibility to me & because in the demo video it was shown as a supported format.

Sorry about this! Will look into m4a support, could have sworn it worked.

I'm seeing the same but also with .aiff and trying to transcribe:

Tried with .mp3 and same issue, will try wav as suggested in first post.
