Interim FullFAT release with a few bug fixes.

This is the RTM of the 2.0.0 series.

The library is feature complete, well-tested and really stable.

So now the library is frozen, but some side features like FORMAT,
and FS-manager will appear in 2.0.0-FINAL.

Then its on to FullFAT 2.1/2.2 ... 3.0? :P

Replacement for RC1 - Bug fix for root16 dirs.

RC1 updated with bug-fix for FAT16 rootdir issue.

RC1 as released on google code, and pushed to github.

BETA2 release as found on googlecode.

FullFAT 1.0.0 as released on googlecode.
