Apply 1 gpu to two vm

I am using rtx 3070ti on laptop, i successfully make the first hyper V use the gpu, but with the 2nd one, it doesn't apply the gpu. Is there a way to make it work for both hyper V. Or i need more to buy more than 1 gpu
