Ability to link to specific lines

The ability to link to a specific line (or, better still, range of lines with an anchor in the URL, e.g. #L42' or#L42-53` and have the page scroll to that point (via standard HTML anchors, I'd imagine) and highlight the line(s) in question would be useful.

I imagine the standard pastebin way of displaying line numbers on the left, with each having an anchor and being a clickable link would work.

If you look at http://paste.perldancer.org/ it supports this, using some basic JS you could borrow, supporting more complex ranges too, e.g. #l-5,10:20,34:37 to highlight line 5, 10-20 and 34-37.

The highlighter supports highlighting of lines. I'll have to look into it a bit more to see if I can get it to do it on the page anchor
