Design concrete flow for Alexa interaction

As of right now, the interaction with Alexa has two single components:

1. Ask Alexa to begin set up. She provides a OTP and that's it
2. Ask Alexa to find a missing device. She sends a notification and that's it

It's worth fleshing out a stronger interaction model. Having a back-and-forth interaction during setup could be more user-friendly. Adding additional actions, such as deleting a device could be useful. We definitely need to add a help path for anyone who has questions on how to use this skill
