Two doctrine pages plus cross-links. Merged != served != accepted; evidence binds to an exact head; 202 Accepted is not merged; each delivery surface is verified on the wire separately. Evidence hygiene: absence in a partial map is unknown; an always-red guard is a false signal; evaluated URL must equal the requested URL; probes identify themselves; typed UNAVAILABLE over silent substitutes; failure is visible in headers and metadata.
