ELAwareBeanManagerTest should be marked with groups INTEGRATION and JAVAEE_FULL for EE 11

Describe the bug
The changes for #2082 will need to be updated to include the group tags INTEGRATION and JAVAEE_FULL for EE 11 because a new test is not in the scope of a service release change. The JAVAEE_FULL tag can be dropped for EE12 or if from some reason an 11.1 release is done.

Expected behavior
Unless we respin the web profile tck and update the CCR, we will not be able to include a new test in the 11.0.x web profile tck if we follow the current tck process guidelines.
