The Intro section needs updates and verification

The user_guides/platform/src/main/jbake/content/intro.adoc introduction section talks about the requirements in terms of software, hardware (seems obsolete), web profile and platform packages (this seems like a poor way to describe the component dependencies), and the required standalone tcks that need to be run for the web profile and full platform.

These need to be updated and verified.

Is it really useful to list the complete set of packages in each profile?

@edburns , the latest user_guides/platform/src/main/asciidoc/intro.adoc has two comments like:

marking the spot where you should review the standalone tck versions and links to verify they are correct the EE 11.
