Update gocql to support AWS MCS #2133

I'm looking into using Jaeger together with Amazon Managed Apache Cassandra Service (MCS) and the first issue I found is not recent enough gocql apache/cassandra-gocql-driver#1389 (comment)

This bumps gocql to the latest master, which includes apache/cassandra-gocql-driver@cd4b606
