Local fix summary

Google redirects NotebookLM from notebooklm.google.com to notebook.google.com. After navigation, list.js now checks for existing /notebook/ links before applying the legacy hostname validation, allowing the current page to be read successfully.

Issue filed by OpenCLI autofix after a verified local repair.
