While at it remove double, 64-bit sample support, because it is not even supported by Linux's OSS kernel driver. A subtle difference is that BSD systems use packed 24-bit sample mode by default. While Linux doesn't. Signed-off-by: Hans Petter Selasky <hps@selasky.org>
