VideoRecorderAppState output is garbled when the window is resized

To reproduce: create an app with settings.setResizable(true) and attach a VideoRecorderAppState. Run in a window. While the app is running, resize the window by dragging a corner.

Result: a video recording is produced, but the output is garbled.
