Describe your environment

• Device: Galaxy S21
• OS name and version: Android 13, One UI 5.0
• IVPN app version: 2.8.4

Describe the problem

When you launch IVPN fron the Quick Settings bar while it is totally closed, it connects some random (?) server I did not choose earlier.
For me these are Johannesburg (RSA) and Kharkiv (Ukraine, which i strictly avoid as a Russian because of possible leaks and lots of non-working russian websites).

This bug can be reproduced visually: when you enter closed IVPN app, for a second it shows Johannesburg in the "selected server" field, then Kharkiv, and after that your latest one finally appears here.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Force close IVPN app
2. Start IVPN from the Quick Settings bar
3. Profit: check your server.

UPDATE: The bug only occurs when your latest selected server is the "fastest server". It works fine when you use one specific server.
