- Improved regression testing efficiency for product by developing a Preliminary Run feature. Feature prioritizes testcases that previously failed under similar conditions, speeding up 78% of regression runs and reducing average time by 38%
- Led a C++ compiler migration analysis by configuring product builds to change C++ compiler to Clang instead of GCC on ARM machines. While product performance remained the same, Linux machines running Clang showed a 25% speedup, influencing future build strategy discussions
- Improved team efficiency by migrating their repository from Mercurial to GitHub, implementing GitHub Actions to establish a robust CI/CD pipeline for automating tests, packaging, and deployment, resulting in faster and more reliable workflows
- Member of the Virtual Power Plant team, a backend system connecting utility companies to SunPower customers Utilizing Python, FastAPI, gRPC, and SQL.
- Developed API RESTful routes intended to aid new customers to eligible programs and potential earnings for new customers based on certain characteristics and criteria.
