I've been poking around the idea, but it would be very helpful, I might get there, I need some proper time and dedication to do that, there;s so much currently in my head and I lack the time.
The project might already use agents like BMAD-Method around the project or some other tools that person created around the project, big or small, I've been brainstorming a bit with AI about your repo, and it seems it's doable and not that hard. I'll try to use it with PRD in place with your repo.
The idea is to understand all the questionnaires from the setup and how to combine them with the current project and suggest all the answers accordingly and pre-fill it, adjust for in-place AI's like claude, cursor, antigravity and maybe cline (my main ones at this point).
I have a very big repo, and memory alongside the logical separation between different designs and team managements and other stuff this is something that would be so great.
For example, I have a big repo as an architect and a key role tech lead in the company, I cannot scatter accross many repos and I keep a lot in a single repo and there are also many correlations, I even created skills for a tailored job descriptions, interviews, cv filtering process, post job interviews. same repo differnt folder for designs, meetings, workitems where I manage teams' work and epic stories with features.
I will fork it, use bmad to prepare the changes, I will use another repo in hand with dedicated project idea and designs so my fork will include a complex one, a project (that can be easily correlated to a signle eature or a task) and a complex, add a switch for the setup.sh so it would be fully back compatible with current, clean setup. Even while wrriting this I've already built the whole project in my head :).
Of course, I'd hoped that it would be ready to use now, maybe someone has already done somthing like that and ready to post.
I haven't really placed a clean idea as 1,2,3 to get it done but the picture is clear, even it can be copied for an agent to use it as a strting point for the project to update it.
