Apparently what the Pie Easter Egg actually does is allows you to click through it to change color. and long pressing will bring you to a drawing screen?

The source code for it is not out yet. So we will wait for the code to be out before we look into implementing it and moving the existing Pie easter egg to become the PDP easter egg as its still the easter egg as of P Dev Preview.

Updated to target Android 9 Pie SDK (API 28)

- Closes #22
- Actual Neko Egg activation will now only work for Android 7 Nougat and Android 8 Oreo devices as Android 9 Pie removes the EasterEgg apk from the system image
- Pie device owners will now obtain the Pie easter egg (read #23 for note) when clicking on the View Current Easter Egg shortcut/button
- Updated app updater library and other dependencies to the new Pie API
