Include subscription/notifications system about user data

Beyond the basic features of the Isogeo search engine, the plugin aims to offer advanced and unique features. These features need to be funded by clients or investors or Isogeo itself before to be developed.

Idea

User can subscribe to data and get notified when one of its subscription has been detected as modified by the Isogeo Scan technology.

How should it work? (open to discussion)

This feature is strongly linked to the #62 .

• the user can subscribe to data through different ways (to be defined):
  • from the results table with a right click
  • from the dropdown list in the "Add" column in the results table
  • from the detailed metadata sheet
• every data subscribed is automatically added to the "Subscriptions" built-in list which the user can consult in the list dedicated tab (as others lists). See User lists management #62 .
• when the plugin is launched, a request check if any data has been detected as modified since last start.
• if at less one data is in this case, a QMessageBar displays a quick report and a button to consult the complete report in a separated window
• optionally, user could set the frequency check in the settings tab
