Install mods from Nexus Mods directly through cyberdeck

Right now the only way to download mods and install via Cyberdeck is to visit the page in a browser, download the file and move into the mods directory before installing through the CLI.

Options:

1. Search and download mods directly through the CLI
2. Allow opening mod manager links from the browser via cyberdeck
3. Do 1 and 2
