'\uF11D' is mapped to both CURSOR LEFT and CURSOR RIGHT

Hello there,

I'm experimenting with your codec (petscii_c64en_lc.py) and it seems like both CURSORS LEFT and RIGHT are tied to the unicode #F11D. LEFT cursor being "later" in the list get "executed" correctly but it seems impossible to use CURSOR RIGHT as is it.

I'll try to mod the "petscii_c64en_lc.py" file with some other value for CURSOR RIGHT and see if it fixes the issue. I'll report back.

OK, by changing line # 205 in "petscii_c64en_lc.py"
0x9D 0xF11D #CURSOR LEFT (CUS)
To
0x9D 0xF19D #CURSOR LEFT (CUS)
Seems to fix the problem, but I don't know if 0xF19D is a legit/correct address. I'll leave the call to the author of the library. I suppose we'll have to update all .py definition files.

I have located the source of the problem. The original web page ( https://www.df.lth.se/~triad/krad/recode/petscii.html ) also have the error in the mapping. The PETSCII Unicode Assignments states:

F11C;CURSOR DOWN
F11D;CURSOR RIGHT
F11E;CURSOR UP
F11F;CURSOR LEFT

But the Lower Case English C64 PETSCII to Unicode Mappings maps it wrong. Since this codec seems "auto built" from their mappings, the error got included here.

I could modify the mappings and the source code to fix it. We now know that CURSOR LEFT should be 0xF11F and not 0xF11D.
