Add Hackrak logo on footer and navbar.

We want to add Hackrack logo from ```/public/hackrack.logo``` to navbar and footer in mobile view as mobile view does not support the font as of now. Instead of Hackrack text for small screens add the logo. 
 You have to add code in ```/src/navbar.js``` and ```/src/footer.js``` files.
