Hi Ire :)
My name is Bolu.
A friend and I are currently attempting to build an on-demand delivery service for our school. We're both intermediate level developers. He thinks we should focus on building the technology ourselves but I feel we should focus on making a solid business model first and outsource the technology building. What do you suggest we do?
