Error pages UX: look and contain similar debug info as `boxo/gateway`

We have to retain the same UX as boxo/gateway does right now:

DEMO: opening https://ipfs.io/ipfs/bafkreic2oycontt7gpiyt233pjmykto2i4dxn5ybpeazwi74ssfm5hqrtm will timeout after 30s with meaningful error page:

If a providers are found, but failed to provide data or be are offline, we return failed peerids too:
