This stopped working a while ago and nobody noticed/cared. We've decided to use manual deployment via waterworks-infra and the process is documented at https://www.notion.so/Running-Rainbow-tests-on-staging-a50d41982a8b4cdcbb5b2417b0a819f6 so we can remove this to avoid CI being in constantly broken state

The
deploy.ymlautomation stopped working a while ago and nobody noticed/cared.We seem to prefer manual deployment via explicit PR to waterworks-infra and the staging A/B testing process is documented at
