Static embeds for tweets and the like

This thought came up since an upcoming blog post embed a tweet. We should check out whether it's 1) technically feasible and 2) allowed to statically embed stuff from various services. For example the asciinema.org player and recordings can be embedded statically. All css, javascript, and images are part of the dag.

This will be useful for ipfs/libp2p websites, but also a good thing to document for any website really.
