Fleek's IPFS hosting service was discontinued on January 31st, 2026. - add historical callout to Fleek case study page - remove Fleek tutorial page and images - remove Fleek from custom-domains options - remove Fleek links from concepts pages - add redirect for deleted tutorial page Related: ipshipyard/waterworks-community#23

we've accumulated a bunch of broken links to defunct services, which makes docs website pretty bad experience. this pr is cleaning up (removing dead links, updating recommendations to still active services)
