  • added references to already existing issues
  • added Detect IPFS Desktop and Provide Additional Node Controls ipfs-companion#350 as a KR: I feel this communication channel is an important part of "solid foundation for browser integration(s) going forward"
  • added ipfs://even tho it is a "short term hack", we should document use cases and expectations around it, otherwise people will build things that use ipfs://ipfs/Qmfoo instead of ipfs://Qmfoo

Avoid short term. I think the idea is that all the proposed address forms are legitimate, and will be supported.
