Clean up of the prompt, test_wrp and workflow accordingly

Removed TEST_COVERAGE_IMPROV.md
Moved prompt.md to wiki folder
Moved test_wrp.yaml and test_wrp_framework.py to test folder, accordingly updated the workflow as well
