What is the current behavior?

Issue URL: resolves #26109

When the Haptics plugin is imported in a developer's app, the plugin becomes available to Ionic. However, this plugin will throw an error when used in a web browser that does not support the Vibrate API.

What is the new behavior?

  • Add logic to only make the internal haptics utility available if the browser supports the vibrate api

Does this introduce a breaking change?

  • Yes
