Tabs Directive: allow to bind the active tab

If I am interpreting the issue correctly, it seems like #290 mirrored for tabs. If it is, they should be consistent in naming and behavior.

Yes, setting active tab manually would be very useful for project I'm working on. For example: clicking on "back button", which leads to view with tab bar, this functionality would allow me to open exact tab user has left before.

Starting in the nightly build or 0.9.26, use $scope.tabsController.select(index) and $scope.tabsController.selectedTab and $scope.tabsController.getTabIndex($scope.tabsController.selectedTab).
