Summary

• In workflow view mode, the short description shows 1 line only.
• Tweak workflow library layout to fit 2 lines of title and 3 of description. A bit fiddly to fit it all, does not look great when there is no description or a short title but that's just how it's gonna have to be. See video
• Fix an issue where save-as-ing a workflow left it in an "unsaved" state
