🐛 [@react-native-firebase/analytics] Allow setting "EEA" parameter

We are using the logEvent method to send to firebase events that our marketing team can then use in google ads.

We got errors lately in google ads because the EEA parameter is not set. I could not find any mention of it in the SDK documentation so it's probably not implemented yet.

Would it be possible to add this feature ?
