Needs to use tag institutional-repository and be rebased

I think you want "institutional-repository", which is mapped to the repository facet https://github.com/inveniosoftware/inveniosoftware.org/blob/7be488af582efebce98ce09cf50c6beeaabc8a97/templates/menu.html
We should probably get rid of the rest of the plain "repository" tags to avoid confusion in the future.
