Removing a package from source control fails

[isc-svelury]

It seems like it tries to import every file in the project and throws errors for them. It should not be trying to import files that are not mapped.

@isc-tleavitt Should this also call the git rm command? It does not do that currently. If so, we will need to add something similar to what I did for git add in #79 in addition to fixing this import issue.
