Error popup when opening rule editor

When I open up the Rule Editor (Interop > Build > Business Rules), no rules are selected and I am presented with this error:

And in the Source Control Output log is this message:

Unknown file type. Skipping file: C:\InterSystems\MyInstance\Mgr\repo\GITDEV
Detected 1 errors during load.

When I click the source control icon on this page, nothing happens. However, when I opened up an existing rule or created a new custom rule, the menu worked (and for the later, my rule was exported to my checkout folder).

It seems there should be a null/empty string check somewhere.

The same thing just happened to me on the Record Mapper and Complex Record Mapper editors. I have a new namespace and have not yet opened nor created records of these types yet.
