Enhance baseline to include HL7 schemas and look-up tables

BaselineExport() currently does not include HL7 and LUT items, even if the mapping is set up for them correctly. We need to enhance baselining to include these.

Bumping this issue. I tried adding a lookup table on its own. The Lookup Table Viewer UI has the source control menu icon, but when I select the "Add" option, nothing happens.

Semi-related: I noticed a number of write statements in SourceControl.Git.Utils. Where are those visible if you are using the Source Control Menu icon in the system management portal?

@cambot The fix to baselining is on it's way soon! As far as why the "Add" option isn't working for you with look-up tables, do you have a mapping set up for LUT? See some documentation here on how to do that: https://docs.intersystems.com/services/csp/docbook/DocBook.UI.Page.cls?KEY=AGITLAB#AGITLAB_settings_mappings

And the output from source control operations will be visible if you click the Source Control Output icon in the management portal. That's the little clipboard icon next to the Source Control Menu.

That docs page was the page I did not know I needed to see, and adding the mapping did the trick. Thanks!

You should link to that section from the ReadMe and from the settings page. LUT was not defaulted in when I initialized my project, and I had no idea that mapping needed to be set up. I'll open a separate issue/request for that.
