Workspace view displays filenames with spaces as edited by another user

If I've edited an item whose filename has a space in it, and I view the workspace view in the Git WebUI, that item displays the icon to represent it has been edited by another user. Hovering says "File changed by: undefined". It should not display the icon and hover text.
